Waitlist / Notify
We use your email address to notify you about the launch of our first collection. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Order Processing
Order data is processed to fulfil your purchase contract. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Website Operation
Technical data is processed to ensure secure and stable operation of this website. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use the following third-party services:
- —Vercel Inc. (USA): Website hosting and delivery. Data may be transferred to the US under standard contractual clauses.
- —Resend (USA): Transactional email (e.g. waitlist confirmation). Your email address is stored by Resend to send you messages.
- —Shopify Inc. (Canada/USA): E-commerce backend (not yet active). When active, Shopify will process order and payment data.

We retain your email address on the waitlist until you request deletion or until the waitlist purpose is fulfilled. Order data is retained for the duration required by Swiss and EU law (generally 10 years for accounting records).
